Rental Protection Insurance

We offer a rent protection and legal expenses service for only £29+VAT.

This does exactly what it says on the tin - it protects the income (rent) of a property that has been let to a tenant. Sometimes things can go wrong - even when you’ve taken measures to protect yourself. Rent arrears can be disastrous when you rely on this income to pay a buy-to-let mortgage. We’ll often settle a dispute in rent arrears or damage to a property outside of the legal system and, by taking out our service, we handle the time-consuming task of making a settlement. With our service, you’ll always get the income you expect and, if you need legal representation to recover it, our service can help.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one! This is a 100% genuine offer for those savvy enough to act quickly and take advantage of this offer.

Are there any additional charges?

Legally, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) are needed whenever a property is let. You must order an EPC for potential tenants before you market your property. Should you require one, we can arrange this for £100+VAT. This aside, there are no additional charges made by AP Morgan to let your property.

When is it on until?

This offer ends at midnight on the 31st March 2024.

What areas does this offer apply to?

The property must be within any of the areas that we operate - Birmingham, The Black Country, Bromsgrove and Redditch. To find out if your property is eligible, please call one of our branches and a member of the lettings team will be happy to help.

Does the property have to be let before the end of the deal to benefit?

As long as you instruct us before the end of the deal you will qualify.

What if I already have a tenant in place (self-managed or with another agent)?

If a tenant is already in place, we do not charge any set up fees. You will still qualify for the offer and pay a reduced management fee of £69+VAT per month for your first 12 months.

What do you usually charge?

Our usual setup fees are 50% of the first month’s rent plus VAT, and 10% of the monthly rent plus VAT for ongoing full management.

How can I take advantage?
