Our lettings services are aimed at making our tenants’ and landlords’ lives as easy as possible. By offering our landlord’s a variety of different management types, we can tailor our service to their needs and instruct the tenants on what to expect from their tenancy through us. For those landlords who prefer a hands-on approach, we are always available with guidance and legal advice to ensure that their tenancies adhere to current legislation. If they live abroad or are simply too busy to be looking after their tenants’ needs as and when they arise, we have a fully managed service to offer, including a 24-hour maintenance reporting system, quarterly inspections, up to date legal paperwork throughout the tenancy, and with their rent protection and deposit protection scheme all included, it is no surprise that our fully managed service is the favourite amongst the landlords we serve!

The British Property Awards (also known as the BPAs) are an independently run awards organisation that recognise outstanding estate and letting agents throughout the country.

Where Are We Based?

Our lettings teams are based in our offices across Worcestershire and the West Midlands. By working closely with the sales team who share our offices, we are on hand to supply valuable information to first time landlords, or old hand investors. We are also a convenient stop for our tenants to pop in and renew their leases. We spend a good amount of time out and about, carrying out viewings, inspections and inventories personally to ensure that our standards of service remain the best in the area. By getting to know our properties and tenants, we are in the best position possible to advise our landlords on their assets. It means that we also know the local area very well, so when we get new arrivals in town, we can advise them on the advantages of certain areas to suit their needs, or what prices to expect for different property types. We often feel that Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Halesowen, Redditch and Stourbridge have properties to suit everyone, with an abundance of apartments, terraced and detached houses to suit all families and individuals.
