Estate Agents Northfield

AP Morgan Estate Agents in Northfield

After being established in 2007, AP Morgan quickly became one of the leading independent estate agents in the West Midlands.  We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences, using our expert knowledge of the property market in Northfield, our innovative marketing techniques, and an understanding that estate agency should never be one size fits all. The service you receive from us, whether you are selling, letting or buying, will be truly bespoke to you and your needs.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, from sales, to lettings, to mortgage advice.  We can also steer you with conveyancing services and removal services from companies we have close partnerships with. We only refer to companies that share our same dedication to high standards of customer service.

We have branches across the West Midlands. Each AP Morgan branch is ran by a dedicated team of property specialists. Each of our offices are centrally based in the towns and areas in which they operate. Whilst our branches may operate separately on a day-to-day basis, they all share the same knowledge and high standards of training that makes AP Morgan’s service stand out amongst the rest.

Most towns and cities in the UK have a few estate agents to chose from when it comes to buying, selling, renting, or letting a property. So, how do you chose an estate agent, and why is AP Morgan the one you should chose? In certain estate agencies, most staff members may carry out multiple roles – for instance, the agent that comes to value your property may also take some photos on a point-and-shoot camera whilst they are there. At AP Morgan, we operate differently. Every one of our many team members have specific, dedicated roles, and each is committed to carrying out those roles to the highest standard. As a result of this approach, AP Morgan has won prestigious awards locally and nationally.

Each of our branches boasts high ratings on Google and Trustpilot. These are independent review sites that cannot be curated by us, and any of our customers are able to leave reviews. Over the years, we have had the privilege of helping thousands of local people, and so have built up a large network of connections across the West Midlands. We maintain large active databases of buyers who are looking for property – every person on these databases are people we speak to and know they are still looking, not just inactive email addresses on a list. We also have large followings on our social media platforms.

The History of Northfield

Northfield lies in the south of Birmingham, bordering Worcestershire. It is a predominantly suburban area. It has a distinguished history, and it’s industrial past has resulted in a diverse range of properties available in the area. Northern parts of Northfield lie within the boundaries Bournville Model Village, founded by Cadbury, and the southern extremes, in Longbridge, feature many by homes built by Austin Motors for its workers.  The area is also home to Northfield Manor, once owned by George Cadbury and now Birmingham University.

It is most famous for its Longbridge car plant, now mostly closed. However, the area has seen massive redevelopment, with the site formerly occupied by the factory now home to offices, supermarkets, a retail park, the new Bournville College campus, a youth centre, a retirement village, and plenty of new build, affordable housing. In fact, the site of the former car plant now employs more people than the plant originally did. Longbridge has become a model for redevelopment across the country.

Northfield is split down the middle by the A38, which leads to Cornwall, if you’re feeling adventurous. It has plenty to occupy locally though with the stunning Waseley Hills Country Park, a 150 acre site of rolling hills, paths and woodland. You will be spoiled for choice too with primary and secondary schools.

As well as walking and closeness to Birmingham, Northfield is close to Cadbury World, a popular tourist attraction. Apart from it being a small suburb, it is also close to the M5 and M42. Longbridge and Northfield train stations are both well suited for transport either in towards Birmingham, or out to Redditch.
