Having been in the industry for the past decade and working with AP Morgan for the past few years, Alex relished the opportunity to be able to take the helm of his own branch in his hometown of Stourbridge, enabling AP Morgan to offer the award-winning service we provide in Redditch and Bromsgrove to customers in Stourbridge. We cover the entire area of Stourbridge and beyond, from Kinver all the way through to Cradley! Like our branch manager Alex who is born, raised, and currently lives in Hagley, all our staff live in the local area only a few miles from our branch, meaning all of our staff have excellent knowledge of the local area.

The sales strategy at AP Morgan Estate Agents Stourbridge is the same as that in our Redditch and Bromsgrove branches that have won national gold British Property Awards for the past three years – we believe no two properties are the same, so we use a combination of the latest technology and good-old-fashioned people skills to find the perfect buyers for any property that comes on the market with us. As further testament to this, we were one of the first independent high street agents in the country to offer our own, fully bespoke service to our customers – AP Morgan Online.

Stourbridge is one area where our sales strategy is hugely important – Stourbridge is a historic area with a wide range of properties spanning construction over hundreds of years! Any agent would be able to give you an estimation from a quick Google search, but only real experts from AP Morgan have the local knowledge and property know-how to provide you with the best valuation for your property that helps you move as quick as you need to, for the best possible price.

Every one of our customers, regardless of what sales service they come on board with us for, all our customers benefit from our full aftersales service. We believe in providing customers with a full, end-to-end service from the first time you get in touch with us, all the way until you’re moved into your new home!

Welcome to Stourbridge

Stourbridge is the home of AP Morgan’s third and latest high street branch, AP Morgan Stourbridge, located in the heart of Stourbridge town centre. Our Stourbridge branch is managed by Alex Ferguson who has been part of the AP Morgan Stourbridge estate agents team for several years. In addition, Alex is also a local lad, born and raised in Hagley and played for Stourbridge Rugby Club in his younger days! Alex and his team have a great amount of local knowledge and are always ready and eager to help local people sell their homes and of course help people join the local community.

From our office in Stourbridge Town Centre, just off of the High Street, we look after the sale of properties throughout Stourbridge and the surrounding areas, from Hagley to Brierley Hill and beyond, to other areas of Worcestershire, the Black Country, and the West Midlands. At AP Morgan, our mission has always been to combine outstanding customer service with the latest technology to provide you with incredible service from start to finish, whether you’re buying, selling, renting, or letting. If you’re looking for extra convenience, our online service, AP Morgan Online, allows you to manage the sale or purchase of your property through our own, cutting edge online platform. Stourbridge has a rich history dating back hundreds of years. Because of this, the area has a great variety of properties available. From beautiful period properties dating back to when people first started living in the area in the early 1600’s, all the way through to the great variety of new build homes that have been built throughout the area to support the new jobs being created in the area.

Stourbridge Junction is Stourbridge’s main train station and sits on the well served, efficient and frequent Kidderminster – Birmingham line, with many trains also heading to Worcester and even further afield. Stourbridge is also home to the shortest connecting branch line in Europe, which runs half a mile from Stourbridge Junction to the town centre – a further testament to the town’s excellent transport links. There is also a well-connected network of bus routes in the area, running both throughout Stourbridge but also to neighbouring areas. Stourbridge is also a planned stop on the upcoming Midland Metro tram service. The South Staffordshire line will run from Walsall, Wednesbury, Dudley, and Stourbridge, connecting the town even further to the surrounding areas of the Black Country.

Those looking to move their family to Stourbridge will be pleased to know that there’s a selection of very well performing schools and colleges in the area, including a King Edward VI College, the Old Swinford Hospital, and several other well performing schools.

Stourbridge is a market town that AP Morgan Stourbridge estate agents serve.  As you can guess from the name, it sits on the River Stour and has a population approaching 70,000. It’s close too to major towns and cities like Birmingham and Dudley, the former being just 13 miles away, with a choice of two railway stations.  London is only 2 and a half hours away by train too, if Birmingham’s second city appeal wanes.

It’s a town that’s seen rapid regeneration and is regarded as relatively affluent in the Black Country, with its pleasant town centre, Fairtrade status, proximity to rolling countryside and a long heritage of glass production.
