Welcome to Stourbridge
Stourbridge is the home of AP Morgan’s third and latest high street branch, AP Morgan Stourbridge, located in the heart of Stourbridge town centre. Our Stourbridge branch is managed by Alex Ferguson who has been part of the AP Morgan estate agency team for several years. In addition, Alex is also a local lad, born and raised in Hagley and played for Stourbridge Rugby Club in his younger days! Alex and his team have a great amount of local knowledge and are always ready and eager to help local people sell their homes and of course help people join the local community.
From our office in Stourbridge Town Centre, just off of the High Street, we look after the sale of properties throughout Stourbridge and the surrounding areas, from Hagley to Brierley Hill and beyond, to other areas of Worcestershire, the Black Country, and the West Midlands. At AP Morgan, our mission has always been to combine outstanding customer service with the latest technology to provide you an incredible service from start to finish, whether you’re buying, selling, renting, or letting. If you’re looking for extra convenience, our online service, AP Morgan Online, allows you to manage the sale or purchase of your property through our own, cutting edge online platform. No longer will you have to use an impersonal service from a nation-wide online agent - now you have a local agent that provides an even more cutting edge service.
Stourbridge has a rich history dating back hundreds of years. Because of this, the area has a great variety of properties available. From beautiful period properties dating back to when people first started living in the area in the early 1600’s, all the way through to the great variety of new build homes that have been built throughout the area to support the new jobs being created in the area.
Stourbridge Junction is Stourbridge’s main train station, and sits on the well served, efficient and frequent Kidderminster – Birmingham line, with many trains also heading to Worcester and even further afield. Stourbridge is also home to the shortest connecting branch line in Europe, which runs half a mile from Stourbridge Junction to the town centre – a further testament to the town’s excellent transport links. There is also a well-connected network of bus routes in the area, running both throughout Stourbridge but also to neighbouring areas. Stourbridge is also a planned stop on the upcoming Midland Metro tram service. The South Staffordshire line will run from Walsall, Wednesbury, Dudley, and Stourbridge, connecting the town even further to the surrounding areas of the Black Country.
Those looking to move their family to Stourbridge will be pleased to know that there’s a selection of very well performing schools and colleges in the area, including a King Edward VI college, the Old Swinford Hospital, and several other well performing schools.
